Yoga Mama's and Such

This is a new type of Yoga I have been studying and I am in loooooooooooove with it. It is truly amazing. The breathe techniques are so intense and cleansing and after a workout you feel so much more open and alive! It also treats the body with such TLC, of which we mothers need with our hectic days............no need to be beating ourselves up, we get enough of that from the little ones. I highly recommend trying Ana Brit DVD series( I think there is 8 of them, and you can purchase them from Amazon for fairly cheap).  There is some meditations of which you may or may not prefer, I like to do my own, but in most workouts you can customize them.  Waking up and being able to exercises in a healing way, all while my baby plays beside me is perfect. You will love it.

can you do this kind of yoga if you are pregnant? I am about 6 weeks along and really need something to keep my energy up.
