Home Sweet Home

Farwell Rancho Del Sol

We are finally Home after 11 days on the healing compound. The kids were ecstatic when they walked into their familiar comforts. I feel tremendously blessed to have the spiritual experiences I did and for the tender connections I made. I will never forget it. I was telling the Luv that I had so many amazing moments that it almost feels like it was a magical dream. I received many answers to my prayers. I am doing well and have more energy than I can remember. I still continue to detox. . . .so I guess this will be the norm for a while.  The kids are happy and less anxiety ridden, which is nice:) Today CharLee and I are going to break out the good old Omega and juice us up some delish green juice. We also invented a healthy "PB& J" sandwich with seed pancakes, almond butter and fresh Thai coconut water to sweeten it a bit and a Green Shake using strawberry and banana organic oils for a little variety. . . we are having fun being creative to make things work. Bon Apetit CharLee Bear.

Day 6

Thank you friends for all your words of encouragement. I feel so blessed to have you all in our life. I took a little 2 day sabbatical for the purpose of devoting my attentions to my Luver. He came for 2 days and it so livened my spirit. I have been a little emotional. I Love him. Last night we had the opportunity to watch the 2 little boys that have combated type 1 and 2 Diabetes (ages 7 and 12). They were so amazing for such little guys; so well behaved. I asked them if they were glad they got to eat all this healthy stuff, and they energetically said,"Oh yes!" And these boys eat veggies for breakfast! They were such an inspiration to me and CharLee. Because of their brave example, CharLee agreed to have his blood tested. It was amazing. When I saw his blood, it confirmed all the feelings I have been having about his health. It was so good for him. At the end of Grandpa Dr's shpill, CharLee tapped him on the shoulder and said, "Grandpa, I'm going to try this out the best I can." I know this will be hard for him, but now he has his own little memory and motivation after seeing his own "CharLee blood show." I also had the opportunity to talk with the couple from Kenya. The husband just received his blood test results back. After about 3 weeks of this program his Prostate cancer is gone. I just feel so grateful. Grateful that a loving Father in Heaven has given me a family in which I and my family need dearly. I am also grateful and proud of my Father for standing up for what he believes even though it brought really tough times; it has blessed so many lives including my own. I feel honored to be around these people again. I just hope I can do all I need to, to help my own family's situation. Even I feel inadaquate at times and I was pretty much raised like this. It can feel overwhelming. . . .but we are on board to do the best we can. And maybe in the end it can bless others to feel motivated. Here's to another blessed day.

Day 3

Feeling really good and plenty of energy considering i havn't slept in two nights with the kids not feeling so great. I have really enjoyed the connections i have made here. Meeting people with such pure hearts and hope is so refreshing to be surrounded by. It makes me want to do a little better and try a little harder. This morning I turned open my scriptures and started reading; it was in 3rd Nephi and it said,"I give unto you to be the salt of the earth; but if the salt shall lose its savor wherewith shall the earth be salted? The salt shall be thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out and to be trodden under foot of men. 14 Verily, Verily I say unto you , I give unto you to be the light of this people. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. 15 Behold, do men light a candle and put it under a bushel? Nay, but on a candlestick and it giveth light to all that are in the house. 16Therefore let your light so shine. . . "3 Nephi 12:13-16
Being here and going through this cleansing experience has affected me on so many levels and I feel such a deep gratitude to my Father for all his tender mercies he continues to extend to me and my family. After reading this scripture i felt it is now the desire of my Father to share my light to those who need it. . . so I will try not to be as timid. I feel I am shy because I was always seen as different or weird growing up, but now I understand Heavenly Father desires all his children to be Happy and be able to live Life to its fullest so we all can find and perform the work we are sent here to do. Maybe the whole economy crisis is to make us a more self sufficient and service oriented people. I am grateful, I will do my best.

Day 2

I would have slept a bit better; however my little ones started up chucking. We have deducted it was probably the mixture of grilled cheese and apple fries with whip cream they scarfed at Lego Land. Not a typical lunch for them:) It is a bit funny that I am here trying to get all healthy while my babes are sick. I really hate when they don't feel well. Beau has started to skip around again so hopefully it's a quick thing. Last night Charlee had the opportunity to play with a little 8 year old boy with Type 1 diabetes who is on the property. It was cute because they looked like brothers, tall and lanky with big blue eyes. I feel it was also good for CharLee to see kids like himself who have physical weakness who can be so brave and determined to become well. I am very curious to see how the Nucca adjustments and dietary changes help little CharLee Bear. He is my sweet sensitive boy. And, uhm....havn't made it to the art thing quite yet. Didn't realize I would be so busy. Maybe next week things will slow down a bit.
So far the Agenda for Today is:
Wake up
read scriptures and pray with my babes
1 liter greens
yoga
take care of my babes
broc and brussels and a bit of green shake for breakfast
1 liter greens
1:30 Lymphatic Massage at the Lucy House

5:00 some healthy dinner ( barley pattie with salad and celery/zucchini soup)
8:00 kids off to bed
1 liter greens
8:30 Sauna

Body Spirit TLC

Here we are, me and my children. We are in California. I am here not just merely for a routine visit with Popeye and Essa, but for a whole body cleanse and reboot. Yes, I am doing the real PH Miracle program. I feel really blessed. I had my blood tested by my Papa Dr. Young this morning. It was amazing to see my blood and to see everything I have been feeling was right there in the blood. Every weakness that I know can become strengthened with Faith, prayer and some TLC guidance from my Dad. I am now off to do 2 hours of IV therapy and emotional clearing. We shall see what comes. I just feel really at peace that I am where I need to be and find answers for me and my little family. I feel this will not only be a blessing to me but my family and many others. Maybe one day from my healing I can help others like myself and those mothers who have children find a little peace in knowing our life is lead and can be whole again. I am a witness of His miracles and His mercy.

I Love and miss you my Luv. Hope you got your little pillow note i left:)

I am going to attempt to start an Italian countryside oil painting while I am here for our bedroom. . . nothing like a little art therapy to hone the heart.

All I Need

Lately Life has been a bit of a challenge, like many are facing. . . .economy crisis drama.  I view the Luv become anxious on days and you think I would become worried. However, I do not feel anxious, I feel peace. Peace that Father knows what is best for us, peace that our path is lead.  Last night I layed on the shag by the piano as Luv serenaded with some good old Josh Kadison "Beautiful in my Eyes" , and then this morning Luv came in from taking the pups potty and then crawled back into bed to snuggle and stroke my hair; this fizzles out any doubt, we will be okay. . . we have each other.  That reassurance is all I need in this unpredictable world.   When I am weak the Luv is my strength and when he feels the same, I am dido.

Lee Jo and Soren

Little Soren was blessed this past Sunday. I felt bad that I didn't have their pics done for them yet. They are still in process, but for Jo, I thought I would post a few to warm her heart.

I hope you like your sneak peek. We love you. They will be done soon! Uhm........they are done:)

Weekend of Love

I will be posting this weekend, for now stay tuned..........It consisted of Whitney Lins return, homecoming, Blessing little Soren and a Valentines Family Night.

Quick H Tip

A snack that my kids love is Mana bread. You can find it at a health food store in the freezer section, or you can attempt to make it, if you love to sprout wheat. It is a sprouted loaf which tastes like a moist muffin, but so better for them. They especially love the date cinnamon flavor Yummmmmmmm!

*To make it yourself, I just typed in Mana Sprouted bread online and I found a recipe. It only consists of sprouted wheat, oats, cinnamon, dates and I added some frontier non-alcohol vanilla and coconut flavor.

Yoga Mama's and Such

This is a new type of Yoga I have been studying and I am in loooooooooooove with it. It is truly amazing. The breathe techniques are so intense and cleansing and after a workout you feel so much more open and alive! It also treats the body with such TLC, of which we mothers need with our hectic days............no need to be beating ourselves up, we get enough of that from the little ones. I highly recommend trying Ana Brit DVD series( I think there is 8 of them, and you can purchase them from Amazon for fairly cheap).  There is some meditations of which you may or may not prefer, I like to do my own, but in most workouts you can customize them.  Waking up and being able to exercises in a healing way, all while my baby plays beside me is perfect. You will love it.

Neverland

Today we are going to put up our art deco stars we glittered up this morning when the Bear gets home from school.  On Saturday , our Family worked real hard together to make the basement somewhat of an orderly space. CharLee and I turned the North corner into an imaginary play world. . . .no movies, no computers. . . just toys, books,  and pure make believe. Our little stars should add the perfect touch in making the ceiling come to life.  I always had my little spaces growing up where I could imagine I was anything, and with the winter and it being hard to play out in the cold, this will be the perfect place for the kids to run away into their Neverlands. Yes, the surroundings are just cement floor, wood beams and boxes,  but to see what we created in the end was so fun. . . .CharLee said "Mom, I'm really going to have a Clubhouse of my very own!" Life feels so peaceful and complete when you see it in your babies eyes and have a little voice say, "This,  is what your are here for. . ." I feel this is why a year ago I felt no longer connected to my career "work".   It had nothing to do that it was good or helpful to me and others. I was tremendously blessed to work beside my loving husband and still do occasionally; I was however sacrificing my time and energy that could be fed to these types of learning teaching moments with my children. I tried to follow the spirit and went forward with faith that this was the right decision. I cherish these little simple treasures. I feel Peace.

Natural Immune Booster for your Kids

Colostrom:

This we use in our home as a natural antibiotic. Growing up myself and now with my own children, we don't have to go see a doctor because of this and some other things we do when we get ill. Whenever they start to come down with something, I take them off all sugar(because it stunts the white blood cells from fighting off bugs) and dairy( they don't really eat any dairy though), make them a big bowl of veggie (lots of onion and garlic) pureed soup, drink pH water with greens and give them this every couple hours, a good multivitamin/vitamin C and some colloidal sliver(can also be used as a natural immune booster). It is an organic bovine source of Colostrom. It makes sense when you think about what our Colostrom does for our babies:) Something else that is good, is to put your child in a Epson Salt (draws out sickness through the skin/third kidney) bath and cut up some fresh cucumbers to soothe their skin.  Then use coconut oil to moisturize and give them a little baby massage.
*You can find the Colostrom and Salts at Good Earth or Whole Foods in the supplements*

Healing Soup:

-Saute in a good oil, 1/2 onion and 4 cloves of minced garlic for approx 4 min on med or until onions are clear
-Add 8 cups of high Ph water or Pacific Veggie broth (or your own home made veggie broth)

-Add desired veggies ie: celery, cabbage, spinach, carrots, green beans, kale anything that is dark green is going to have the best cleansing effects

-Then warm on Lo/Med for about 20-30 minutes( you never want to cook the veggies to death or they loose a lot of their benefits)

-Then add 2-4 tbsp. of good oils and real salt to desired taste (add this when the soup is not hot because you don't want to change the properties of good oils like Udo's or Hemp etc.)

-Then take desired amount (and a few spoonfuls of raw avocado) you need to feed your youngster and blend in blender or Vitamix until smooth.

*Your child may not like this at first but if you help them understand what it is doing for their little body they will start to grasp on to it. Then when they are healthy and they are going for sweets all the time you can say "okay, then when you feel sick because of your food choices come to Mama and I'll help you become well with Heavenly Fathers Healing Foods":)Or whatever you feel inspired to say as their Mother:)

Get Healthy Tip

So due to all the questions, here is the first healthy tip idea of the week:

Instead of iodized salt use the better source not striped and processed

Real Salt

Using this type of salt is great for the body and gives so many vital minerals.

Instead of using butter use other better "good oil" sources to build your red blood cells, feed your brain, protect your skin and help aid digestion and even melt fat away:

Omega 3. 6 . 9 Udo's Choice (always use raw to recieve best benefits (found in fridge section of Good Earth or health store)
Coconut Oil (we use in on our flat bread like toast use in soups and sauces (antibacterial) great to also use on skin ie:excema
Grape Seed Oil: Use on salads with a little lime and real salt; perfect oil to cook with more of a light oil.
Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Hemp seiled Oil and many other great oils that aid the body in different ways

Yummy Eclectic Moments

Yummy snacks kids? CharLee looks thrilled.
CharLee still aspires to be a Chef, look at the presentation on this dish he made. (Oranges celery and almond butter.)
We spend many of our weekend evenings with a good flick and popcorn.

Fearless with the pups. She is the Alpha Animal.
Beau counts, 1-2 WEEEE! It was a fun brisk day at the baby park.

A tender moment (not captured very well), but still oh' so sweet! Sleeping Beauty is Beaus latest craze. CharLee endures the feisty princess.
Wide mouth Bass contest. Who do you think wins? And where did they get the genes?
